American Ambassador Visit

The Obama administration has announced renewable energy a focus area and defined a target to have 25% of the electricity supplied by renewable energy  by 2025. The American Ambassador in Denmark, Laurie Susan Fulton, has prioritized renewable energy as a focus area. Aaccompanied by Nakskov Mayor Stig Vestergaard, she took time to visit Floating Power Plant to have an introduction to the technology and by personal experience take a close look at the first technology in the world combining wave and wind energy into one hybrid solution.
